What if I want to cancel an order?

We can only provide you with a cancellation within 24 hours of placing that order. After 24 hours, we are unable to offer you a cancellation, be sure of what you have purchased. For all cancellation queries, contact us at hello@lavitacondio.com

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we ship internationally to all countries! Our international shipping rate is $25 AUD worldwide. Duties and taxes are not included. 

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

PRE-ORDER: Pre-order items take 3-4 weeks for it to be shipped to you, times may vary depending on different products (specified in product description). If your order has a Pre-order item included, it will all be shipped together during the Pre-order time frame.

ALL OTHER ITEMS: For all other orders, allow 5-10 days for handling/packaging for the order to leave our studio + an additional 1-4 days shipping for Australia wide. 

INTERNATIONAL: Allow 5-10 days for handling/packaging and for the order to leave our studio + another 14-25 days shipping. Locations may vary on shipping times.
